Ivan Mortley

Gaining experience in all facets of claims has been an ongoing pursuit for Ivan. Starting out as a CSR, then working as an adjuster in multiple capacities and finally moving into management has helped him gain a broad perspective of the claims function in the P&C insurance industry.

Over his career he has worked for large, medium and small insurers and can appreciate the different ways a claims department functions. This perspective has allowed him to excel when it comes to transforming how claims work is done to create efficiencies, transparency and accountability. In an industry that is more competitive than ever to acquire and keep good customers, Ivan is invested in implementing technology to drive efficiencies and create a better customer experience.

Ivan has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Trent University and is a Chartered Insurance Professional.
