Tammy Glauser

Tammy is an experienced industry professional with an extensive background in underwriting, broker relations, and broker support. She has been with Max Insurance for over a decade as a valuable member of the team across multiple departments, and worked as an Underwriter prior to taking on her current role. As the Director of Broker Support & Training at Max Insurance, Tammy plays a vital role in developing and fostering key relationships with our existing and potential broker partners. Tammy is also responsible for the development of crucial broker training materials / manuals / guidelines and the implementation of interactive training sessions. Her passion and expertise in the establishment of these resources is instrumental to the deployment and widespread adoption of our revolutionary broker portal and comprehensive product offerings, to the mutual benefit of Max and its broker partners.

Prior to joining Max Insurance, Tammy worked as an insurance broker where she gained invaluable insights into the underwriting process and a deep understanding of the gaps that exist between brokers and insurance carriers. Tammy is able to apply her past broker experiences in her role at Max Insurance to enhance the functionality of our broker portal and foster deep communication between Max and its broker partners, including the solicitation of crucial and ongoing feedback to support the needs of our brokers.

Tammy is passionate about delivering interactive and applicable learning experiences to enhance the mutually beneficial relationship Max has with its broker partners and scale our distribution network. She is recognized as a strategic thinker, innovator, and team motivator with effective interpersonal and team building skills at all organizational levels (both internally and externally).
