Christine specializes in high volume recruitment for financial institutions. In her prior role at Northbridge – one of Canada’s largest property & casualty insurance groups – she designed and implemented state-of-the-art strategies and infrastructure within the recruiting team to support the hiring of hundreds of staff across the group’s claims, underwriting, sales, business development, and IT departments, amongst others.
Furthermore, through her previous roles in Melbourne, Australia servicing one of Australia’s largest financial institutions, Christine gained extensive experience leading end-to-end recruiting and headhunting for senior leadership and staff-level roles in a complex international environment.
As Chelsea Avondale’s Managing Director of People & Talent, Christine has implemented innovative recruiting systems & processes to identify and attract the right talent for each available role within the group. To help facilitate Chelsea Avondale’s growth in the coming years, Christine has setup resources & strategies to generate a strong recruiting pipeline of candidates across the group’s departments by leveraging traditional & emerging recruiting channels, combined with a proactive approach to candidate identification & outreach.
Christine holds a master’s degree in Criminal Justice and Public Policy from the University of Guelph in Canada, as well as a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources.
