As Managing Director, Claims West, Isaac possesses extensive claims expertise and a comprehensive background in all facets of claims management. Issac previously held the roles as National Technical Lead for Claims at Max Insurance, and is responsible for ensuring the development of our claims adjusters. Isaac has a proven history of nurturing team advancement and a steadfast dedication to excellence, benefiting both Max Insurance and its policyholders.

Isaac has developed a reputation for a strong commitment to customer service throughout his career. His track record for ensuring fast and fair claims settlements, along with his strong technical knowledge and ability to instill these qualities in his teams ensure his capability to effectively scale a claims function.

Prior to joining Max Insurance, Isaac led a prominent National catastrophe response unit of property field adjusters at a national carrier, while also overseeing a sizeable Western Team of adjusters as a supervisor. Isaac brings significant experience in delivering invaluable mentorship, training, and support to peers.

Isaac holds designations in Certified Risk Management (Simon Fraser University) and Chartered Insurance Professional. He also serves on the Board of a Charity Organization dedicated to the security and welfare of at-risk youth and underprivileged children.
